all things mutable

all things mutable

How not to take things at face value? Look behind the lenses and even deeper beneath the surface...we are made of moving, swirling parts. Our bodies are mostly water, and all that appears solid is open space in which to create anew!

I like to remember this when I get attached to matter. What’ s the matter with matter? Well, it is mostly space.

When I think of this fact, I become less attached to what is, and feel more free to create a new reality. The body already does this on its own. All our organs regenerate over time. Can’t I participate?

When I am getting attached to the old, or in the habit of being myself as Joe Dispenza likes to say, it helps me to see swirling colors flowing through me. What if I can paint a new landscape for me to inhabit?

All things are mutable, even if only in our mind’s eye, at first.
